Michele Williams – Chicago Chapter  Michele Williams began her railroad career with Anacostia Rail Holdings two and a half years ago. She has had a career in Payroll and HR for over thirty years. When Michele was a new hire, Linda Hock, co-worker, and NARBW President at the time, asked her to attend a NARBW meeting. Upon the first meeting and fellowship with such wonderful women, Michele joined the Chicago Chapter and has loved being a part of the organization. She currently holds the position of Treasurer with the Chicago Chapter and is also on the Membership Committee.  Michele has been an active member of the NARBW Chicago Chapter and has spent her time and effort to not only help expand the chapter but also bring new members to our organization nationwide. Over the past year, Michele has volunteered at Ronald McDonald House and Metra Family Day and has enjoyed networking and hanging out with her NARBW sisters.  Michele is happily married to Ardell and has four children and five grandchildren.
