CleLeatha is a seasoned Manager with over 27 years of experience in Railroading. As a passionate advocate for professional development, community service, and awareness of women's roles in the Railroad Industry, CleLeatha brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to NARBW.

With a background in Dispatching, CleLeatha has held leadership roles at Metra, providing commuter transportation from several counties in Illinois to downtown Chicago. Their strategic vision and commitment to superb customer service,  on-time performance, connecting with the communities they serve, and leadership development have been invaluable assets to our team.

CleLeatha joined NARBW because she believes that working side by side as a group has a greater impact than individually supporting a cause. From childhood experiences to professional milestones, her dedication to community service and uplifting women is deeply rooted in her journey.

Outside the boardroom, CleLeatha enjoys cooking, crafting, spending time with her only grandchild,  and collecting coins. She is also deeply connected to her community, Matteson, IL, and her Church, New Life Covenant Southeast.
